GGT was born from decades of experience in the field of mechanical power transmission, products with high performance and technological quality.

Founded in 2011, the company was born from the long experience of the founding partners, to renew a historic sector such as that of mechanical power transmission components.
These components, essential in many industrial plants, are now designed by GGT with innovative technologies and calculation systems that make them unique products, perfect for different applications.
Thanks to a great initial commitment, already from 2014 the production center from the Asti area has expanded its relationships with the Asian, Middle Eastern and South American markets.
In 2018 GGT expanded its size through a new warehouse and an increasing focus on exports. Today, the company exports about 85% of its products worldwide, mainly to non-EU countries, and has its own subsidiary in India.
Awards
For its ambitious vision and global success, GGT obtained the FT 1000 recognition: Europe’s Fastest Growing Companies 2021, as one of the European companies with the highest growth rate. It was also awarded during the 2021 and 2023 editions of Le Fonti Awards®, in the Innovation & Leadership sector. The factors that determined the awards are based on GGT’s strengths: highly qualified work team, state-of-the-art production facilities, patents for “green” technology, which ensures lower environmental impact.
International partnerships
The company’s growth, which develops together with customer projects, is not limited to the Italian context. From its operational headquarters in Baldichieri d’Asti, GGT has expanded over the years a network of worldwide relationships.
Operating according to the international standard ISO 9001:2015, GGT products have reached over 20 countries, mainly in Europe, Asia, America and Africa, obtaining product references among the main global players.
To build new global partnerships and face expanding markets, the company is implementing its sales network in China and founded GGT India Private LTD in 2022.

Workshop and warehouse
The new Green Gear Trasmissioni space is equipped with a workshop with a surface area of over 4,800 sqm, where there is a sector where assembly is carried out, and an overhead crane system capable of handling pieces up to 20 tons.
The warehouse allows a wide availability of products, which allows us to better meet customer needs. It is the starting point for shipments worldwide, which we organize with efficient logistics.
